Halloween T-Shirts

Tonight I made some Halloween T-Shirts for my granddaughters.  I wasn't sure how these would turn out because of the black shirts and the black in the mages, but I think they look fine and I really enjoyed making them.  Next time I will cut out a small white border around them instead of the large square.

This is the front of the shirt.  Click the image to enlarge.

Here is the back of the T-Shirt.  Click the image to enlarge.

Girls' Day Out

A few months ago I promised our six year old granddaughter McKenna, that I would take her out for a manicure if she quit biting her nails.  Well, she did it!!  She let her little nails grow out, so her mom Crystal and I took both girls out for their first mani/pedi.

It was a BEAUTIFUL, perfect day.  We got our fingers and toes done, Kenna got her hair trimmed and then we had a late lunch.

Here is the two page layout from our girls' day out.

McKenna picked out a lovely blue for her thumbs and a bright green for her fingers because her eyes are green and that is her favorite color.  She chose purple for her toes.  She was fascinated with the entire pedicure process.

Delaney has green eyes but insists they are purple because that is her favorite color.  She picked purple for her fingers and yellow for her toes.
